About us

We are a small team trying to find better ways to do complex things.

ELIGVIA started from a simple frustration: valuable European opportunities exist, but finding the right ones, understanding the requirements and knowing what to do next is often harder than it needs to be.

Why we are building ELIGVIA.

Tenders, grants and funding programmes can involve many different sources, country-specific rules, deadlines, documents and eligibility requirements. Important information is often spread across systems and written for people who already understand the process.

We think there is room for something clearer: a workspace that helps an organisation discover relevant opportunities, understand what they actually require, connect claims to evidence, identify gaps, and prepare the next step without hiding where the information came from.

We are not trying to replace human judgement. We are trying to reduce unnecessary complexity around it.

Small team. Big problem. A lot to learn. Our approach is to build carefully, test assumptions, and keep asking whether there is a better way to do the work.

What matters to us.

ELIGVIA is still being built, but a few principles guide the work already. We would rather show uncertainty than pretend certainty, and rather make evidence visible than ask users to trust a black box.

01

Evidence before assumptions

Important conclusions should be traceable to sources, context and evidence wherever possible.

02

AI assists, people decide

AI can help analyse complexity, but meaningful decisions and external actions stay under human control.

03

Make complexity feel simpler

The hard work can stay inside the system. The experience for the organisation should become clearer.

We are still building.

This is an early pre-launch view of ELIGVIA. The product, capabilities and wording will continue to evolve as we test the architecture, validate sources and learn what organisations actually need.

Current focus: trustworthy foundations, evidence handling and opportunity intelligence.
Approach: build in small verified steps rather than promise features before they are ready.
Goal: help European organisations move from opportunity discovery to better-prepared decisions.
